At PLAYMAKERZ, We ONLY accept returns or exchanges on defective products otherwise they will be recognized as a final sale. We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

Refund Policy

We will notify you once we have received and inspected the product you wish to be refunded, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
